Since
its establishment in 1970, Hong Kong Communications
Equipment Co., Ltd. had been a major telecommunications
and networking solutions equipment supplier
in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. Leveraging
on its long history of telecommunications
experience and the management team's proven
expertise in the telecommunications industry,
the Group was successfully listed in The Stock
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2001 named
as HKC International Holdings Limited (Stock
Code: 248). In 2009, having entered into a new era and to reflect its expansion in business scope, the company name has been changed to Hong Kong Communications Co., Ltd.

Solutions Emblem
Year 2007 is another memorial year on the
milestone of the Group. The launch of the
HKC Solutions logo emblematizes the leapfrog
of the Group from a telecommunications equipment
supplier to a one-stop Information, Communications
and Technology (ICT) solutions provider. With
the brand new HKC Solutions emblem, the Group
aims to reposition its brand and strengthen
its new role - Your ICT Solutions Provider. |

ICT solutions to its corporate customers
ranging from Intelligent Building- Home
Automation Solutions, Business Solutions
and IT Professional Services. In addition
to the 3 highlighted business scopes, the
Group is committed to reinforce its core
competency in the research and development
of the award-winning IP telephony and home
automation system, and strives for excellence.
Distribution and sales of mobile phone will
continue to be one of our focal businesses. Green Building – Energy savings in Intelligent Building / Smart Home Solution will also be one of our Group's core developments.
