Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and execute marketing plans and activities
  • Organize and manage trade events, seminars and promotional activities
  • Coordinate marketing activities for leads generation and product awareness on product, solution or industry
  • Make recommendations for sales efforts and marketing campaigns to improve industry specific market penetration
  • Develop and implement marketing programs designed to increase market penetration and overall market share for each specific product line
  • Track business development results and co-ordinate follow-ups with remedial or enhancement plans
  • Handle marketing collaterals and update website content  
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (e.g.: marketing, advertising, e-commerce, PR consultancy)
  • Competent in the areas of marketing communication, event management, promotions and website management
  • Independent, organized, meticulous, team player, and a fast worker
  • Experience in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop will have an advantage

Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing relationship with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to achieve targets and profitability. Key duties and responsibilities will include understanding and fulfilling customers' requirements, analyzing competitive trends, developing strategic initiatives for key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business
  • Applicant with 2 years sales experience preferred 
  • Fresh graduates will be considered 
  • Knowledge of IT Network & Automation Systems is an advantage 
  • Independent, responsible, sociable and committed with good interpersonal and communication skills strongly preferred
  • Familiar with hotel industry would be an advantage
  • Preferably with own vehicle 
Remuneration:

Technical Specialist / Pre-sales Engineer

 

Responsibilities:
 
We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to provide technical and pre-sales support for the company's range of Enterprise Solutions including installation and maintenance services. Incumbent is responsible to plan and execute installation schedules to ensure timely completion of project. 
 
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Engineering / IT & Communications Engineering or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in telecommunications systems and IT network
  • RF or CCTV security systems knowledge will be an advantage 
  • Self-intiated, pro-active and team player 
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Experienced in PBX or CCTV will be an advantage

Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to phone calls and handling of all enquiries
  • Promote company's products and services to achieve sales target and goals 
  • Handle order processing duties and liaise with relevant departments on order fulfillment
  • Follow-up on customers' sales requests and fault complaints
  • Perform sales administration duties, which includes preparing of sales forecast, daily / weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Prepare invoices including monitoring of account receivables  
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE "A" Levels or Diploma holders
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of sales co-ordination or customer service experience
  • Good knowledge and experience in order processing functions and familiar with inventory management / warehouse operations would be an advantage
  • Positive attitude and an ability to manage and resolve customers' complaints / conflicts
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Efficiency in MS Office applications
